This program is available in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, MO, NC, NE, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, or VA to actively-enrolled Individual & Family plan Oscar members with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
- Who is eligible for this program?
Oscar’s diabetes management program (WellDia) is available to actively-enrolled IFP Oscar members with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who live in one of the following states (AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, MO, NC, NE, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, or VA). Members must have or create an Oscar account, agree to the terms of the program, and actively enroll to participate in the program. For members under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must call Oscar at (855) 672-2755 to enroll them in the program. Members can become ineligible for the program should they no longer have a diabetes diagnosis, or change to an ineligible plan. A prescription is required by a licensed provider to receive diabetes test supplies included as a benefit of this program.

Yes, this program is specifically for members with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, to save money while managing their condition.

- What brand testing supplies are covered by WellDia?
Accu-Chek is Oscar's preferred brand for diabetic testing supplies (meters, test strips, lancets).
- How do I get my diabetic testing supplies?
Members must actively enroll in WellDia to participate, agree to the terms of the program, and have or create an Oscar account.
A prescription is required from your provider or an Oscar Care provider. You can fill the prescription at your local pharmacy or mail-order pharmacy. Your prescription will be processed in 5-7 business days, and you’ll receive an email when it has been processed.

- WellDia is available to current Oscar members who meet eligibility requirements. If you are eligible, check your online Oscar account or your email to enroll. Otherwise, you can call us at (855) 672-2755 with questions or to enroll.
- Will I receive an ID card for WellDia?
No. You will not receive, or need, an ID card for WellDia.
