During this period, her P&L under management increased approximately 10,000x, from millions to multi-billions. “Meghan’s experience makes her uniquely suited to bring Oscar to the next level, and I’m thrilled to have her on board,” said Mario Schlosser, CEO and co-founder at Oscar. “Meghan possesses an incredible understanding of how to optimize complex processes while rapidly scaling a business, precisely what Oscar needs as we expand our footprint for the third consecutive year and continue to help our members navigate their health care with ease.”
“I am inspired by Oscar’s mission to provide a better health insurance experience for members that is easier to navigate, more transparent, and more affordable,” said Meghan. “My past experience taught me a great deal about empowering teams in high growth organizations and serving customers in innovative ways, and I am eager to support such efforts at Oscar alongside the company’s leadership.”
